Music Careers Week 2026 is coming to LCCM, as National Careers Week partners with the college alongside UK Music to deliver a packed week of industry insight, access and connection from 13–18 April.
Building on the success of our previous Music Careers Day events, this year, we’re expanding things into a full week of activity, designed to give a clearer picture of how the music industry is working right now and where you could fit into it.
What to expect
Across the week, students will have access to a mix of workshops, industry panels and networking sessions, covering areas like artist management, music tech, publishing and live sound.
There will also be a strong industry presence throughout the programme. Sessions will include insight from major players like Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group, alongside opportunities to connect directly with professionals working across the sector right now.
The week will also see the return LCCM’s ongoing partner MN2S to the Music Box, who are set to join a series of live A&R auditions. Students will be able to share their work and get direct feedback from MN2S team members, offering a rare look at what industry professionals are actually listening for.
The LCCM experience
For anyone trying to figure out how to move from making music to working in the industry, this is the kind of access that can make a real difference.
At LCCM, we’re committed to putting creativity and collaboration at the centre of the experience, building a community where students can develop their ideas while connecting directly with the industry.
LCCM’s Music Careers Week is running from 13-18 April across the Music Box. You can find out more and book your place for the launch event here.
