GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Information on the Use of  Non-Disclosure Agreements: 
   LCCM does not use non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for handling complaints involving sexual harassment, abuse, misconduct, bullying, or other forms of harassment. Furthermore, as of September 2024, the Office for Students has banned higher education institutions from using NDAs in cases where students report harassment or sexual misconduct.
   
2. Reporting any incidents of Sexual Misconduct 
   If you feel you have experienced any incident you may consider to be sexual misconduct at college you can chose to report it using the dedicated anonymous email below.

   Your form will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and a dedicated safeguarding officer will deal with the incident and contact you. The college will log the incident on its reporting system.

  Citizens Advice has more information about what you can do if you’ve experienced, or know someone who has experienced, a hate incident or crime.

  Rape Crisis can help you find a Rape Crisis Centre, get online emotional support, or find information and self-help tools.

  A sexual assault referral centre (SARC) is an NHS service that provides free, specialist care and support to anyone who has been raped or sexually assaulted or abused, at any time in their life. SARCs are available across England, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

  Provides victims of abuse with the appropriate support, advice and onward action, including on contacting professionals or the police if they wish.

  TellMama offers a secure service that allows people from across England to report any form of anti-Muslim abuse.

  Disability Rights UK has a disabled students’ helpline, providing advice to disabled students studying in England. They also campaign to improve disabled people’s rights and to tackle hostility, bullying and hate crime.

• The Community Security Trust is a charity that protects British Jews from antisemitism.
