She is passionate about connecting young people with opportunities in music and the creative industries, building strong partnerships with schools and colleges across London. Throughout her career, Sharifa has designed and delivered inclusive arts programmes, music events, and cultural initiatives that inspire students to develop their creativity, confidence, and career aspirations.
