Lucy Bernstein is the Academic Dean at LCCM, with responsibility for the academic leadership and strategic development of the College. She oversees academic quality, portfolio development, student outcomes, learning and teaching, governance and regulatory compliance across the institution. Lucy has played a key role in leading curriculum innovation, revalidation activity and institutional enhancement initiatives designed to strengthen student experience, continuation and graduate success. She works closely with academic, operational and industry teams to support LCCM’s growth as a specialist higher education provider focused on contemporary music, creativity and industry engagement. Lucy is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA) and holds a PGCE and BMus.
