Amanda supports students and works to bridge the gap between education and the music industry, helping emerging talent build sustainable careers. 

Originally from Sweden, she brings nearly a decade of industry experience across the music industry, including roles as A&R at Sony Music Publishing, playlist curator for Apple Music and in management for producers and engineers. Her work in these roles has contributed to releases achieving commercial and award-winning success. 

She was recognised as a Top 20 under 30 by Nordic Music Biz in 2021, was selected for PRS Foundation Power Up programme in 2024 and currently serves on the Swedish Grammy Jury for a third consecutive year.
