Lisbee leads the programme leadership team and oversee academic quality and the student experience across LCCM’s courses.

An acclaimed independent songwriter, artist and multi‑instrumentalist, Lisbee has over 20 years of professional experience; they were the first unsigned artist to perform at London’s O2 Arena, have released six albums, toured internationally as a headline act, toured supporting artists including Joan Armatrading, and have worked as a session musician for artists including Seth Lakeman.

In their role at LCCM, Lisbee continues to champion emerging creative practitioners and advocates for music education that is accessible, inclusive and genuinely prepares creatives to build sustainable portfolios in an ever‑changing, malleable industry, a theme they explore further in their TEDxLCCM talk on feedback as a tool for community‑building in music education.
