With a track record of over 30 years in HE as a creative industries academic and senior manager, her career has spanned public and private specialist colleges and universities.  She has held a range of academic roles from Lecturer to Dean, however, more recently she utilised my commercial acumen, leadership experience and commitment to access to bring about institutional transformation. Deborah holds Principal Fellowship and has contributed nationally to access and widening participation debates.
